Booking and cancellation terms

For accounts with a verified Iranian mobile number, online payment follows each service’s policy. Accounts without one pay at the clinic and need no online payment to book.
Booking and confirmation of appointments
An appointment is confirmed when its status shows “Confirmed.” For services requiring advance payment, payment must be made by the displayed deadline.
Cancelling an appointment
Each service’s cancellation deadline is shown before final confirmation. In a multi-service booking, cancelling one appointment cancels all related appointments. Contact support after the deadline or for services without online cancellation.
Refunds
After cancelling a paid appointment, a refund request is sent to the center. You can see its status and the center’s response in your account payments. The final transfer time depends on the center and payment network.
Scope of service
This system is for booking and tracking appointments. It does not replace emergency medical care, in-person diagnosis, or treatment.
